Try to calm your mind. If thoughts start coming into your mind, come back and focus on counting your breaths. However, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Just draw your attention back to your breath slowly and lovingly. Then you will see that you will not notice anything in doing it every day
When you're ready, take a deep breath- hold it for a 30 seconds - and exhale deeply. Repeat this over and over.
